No-Pass No-Pay Guarantee Details
Our guarantee covers a full one-year test cycle, beginning on the student's first scheduled licensing exam date. Students can take our course as many times as they wish during that cycle. If a student does not pass within that cycle, then a full course refund will be issued. To be eligible for a refund, students must test on each available exam date within their cycle and must email or fax their official State exam grade reports to C.E.I. within five days after each exam.
Book Sales Policy
We only sell or rent pre-tabbed and highlighted books to students who purchase a course from us (either a live class or a homestudy course). Non-students may purchase the exam books from us without tabbing or highlighting, and may purchase a set of tabs to place on the books themselves for an additional $100.
